Safe Haven London aims to alleviate homelessness in London.

The "Safe Haven" concept was originally born in the West London Borough of Ealing in 2005 where there was a severe shortage of housing for those with a significant need. Families were forced to live with parents or friends, and many were living in bed and breakfast accommodation.

At that time, Safe Haven London provided self-contained homes in conjunction with the London Borough of Ealing, to families living in bed and breakfast or bedsit accommodation.

Safe Haven London is a Charity registered with the Charity Commission under the registration number ‘1110645’.

Our mission and where we are now

Safe Haven London aims to alleviate homelessness and housing poverty in London.

Safe Haven London was originally formed for the purpose of providing housing to local government for people in need requiring accommodation. For over a decade, Safe Haven London has been hugely successful in assisting the homelessness crisis particularly in the borough of Ealing through a comprehensive programme acquiring and refurbishing properties to a “Decent Homes” standard.

Safe Haven London has since completed the divestment of its property portfolio to a local government body.

Now, the focus of our charitable aims is working with housing partners to support housing projects which support our mission.
